lab work...

Lab work berjalan dgn lancar. I have to stop method development and start to validate. Kalo aku diberi masa lagi, aku akan terus untuk buat extraction supaya aku dapat recovery yg tinggi. Aku tak berapa hepi coz aku cuma dapat extract about 47% of the drug from the plasma. I don't understand dengan researcher yg claim that they can extracted almost 90% of the dug. adakah aku perlu calibrate tangan aku?Instrument?aku pun tak tahu....
